The Story of Total Overdose:

He is an ex-convict and Tommy calls him for help. Ramiro infiltrates the underworld and takes on dangerous missions for gang boss Cesar Morales. As Ramiro digs deeper, he uncovers a larger conspiracy involving Papa Muerte who is a powerful drug lord. He eventually discovers that an inside DEA informant “The Eagle” betrayed them. After intense battles, Ramiro confronts the traitor and rescues a fellow agent. He brings justice to his family and the DEA.
